Basic Porridge
Ingredients:
40g rolled oats
210mL soy/regular milk
pinch of salt and cinnamon
apple, sliced and stewed
Method:
1. Place all ingredients except the apple into Thermomix and cook 7-8min/90 degrees/reverse/speed 2.
Serves 1
Optional: Top porridge with LSA mix (30g almonds, 1 tbsp linseed, 1 tbsp sunflower seeds). Put into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9.
