Thermomix Almond Butter
Ingredients:
200g raw almonds
1 tsp sea salt
Method:
1. Lay almonds on baking tray with baking paper and roast until fragrant. Set aside to cool for five minutes.
2. Place the almonds in a Thermomix and blend until coarse on setting 1minute/speed 6.
3. Scrape the nuts down and blend on setting 30 seconds/speed 5. Repeat three times.
4. Add salt and blend again on setting 5 seconds/speed 8.
5. Store in a container or serve as a gift!
