Marie's Meatballs



Ingredients:
250g veal mince
250g beef/pork mince
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
100g grated carrot
100g grated zucchini
100g capsicum, finely diced
2 tbsp grated cheese
1 egg
salt and pepper
*optional - generous sprinkle of dried chilli flakes
olive oil

1 x 500g Leggos Napoletana Pasta Sauce with chunky tomato and herbs

Spaghetti

Method:
1. Combine mince, breadcrumbs, vegetables, cheese and egg. Mix well.
2. Divide mixture into 12 balls. In a heavy pan, fry meatballs until evenly browned.
3. Pour over napolitana sauce and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
4. While sauce is simmering, cook pasta according to packet instructions.
3. Divide pasta into bowls and place meatballs on top and spoon over sauce. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
